I very much wanted to buy this entire collection-the colours are all so gorgeous, and the fact that it’s inspired by the Aurora Borealis made me want it all even more. While I couldn’t afford to buy the entire collection, I did pick up my favourite items:
First, the Aurora Eyeshadow Palette: I fell in love with this palette before I even swatched it. It has a gorgeous selection of shimmery shades, including gold, plum, a warm pink, golden brown, and even a blue. The textures are super pigmented, and are a powder-cream formula.
The Aurora Iridescent Shadow in “Teal”: I was so unimpressed at first with these. But you really do need to use them wet in order to see their true potential. As soon as I tried it with the Metamorfix Liquid Transformer, I fell in love!
As you can see, the Metamorfix – or any liquid transformer, really – makes a HUGE difference.
Blush Fondant Suprême in “Baie”: This is by far my favourite of the cream blush colours. It’s a neutral, soft pink that flatters all skin tones!
Last, but definitely not least, the Celestial Light Powder– this was given to me by the amazingly generous trainer at the Lise Watier Seasonal Training class that I attended! I very nearly cried. It is without a doubt one of the most gorgeous highlighters I have seen or owned. It is the PERFECT highlight for pretty much all skin tones. It’s got a mix of peach, gold, and neutral tones, and a very finely-milled texture to add a glow without excessive shimmer.
Look at that beauty! I could stare at it all day.
I can’t wait to play with these beautiful products!
