Arbonne Lip Products: Reviews & Swatches

I recently got the chance to try a whole bunch of Arbonne products!

For those of you who may not know about Arbonne, it’s an international independent company that has skin care, makeup, vitamins, and so much more! It’s a similar concept to companies like Avon in the sense that products are sold through a network of independent consultants. Arbonne has been around for over 30 years, and is branched all around the world. But what I find the most interesting and impressive is that it is a green, vegan-friendly company that uses no animal products or by-products, and does not test on animals.

The first products that I tried were the lipsticks, and I thought I would do a photoset of how they look on the lips!

The textures are beautifully soft yet pigmented, which is often difficult to find with softer, more moisturizing lipsticks. The lipsticks glide on smoothly, don’t look drying, and sacrifice no color payoff while doing so! I wouldn’t say that they are extremely long-wearing, as they are more of soft, moisturizing type of lipstick-but when paired with a lip liner and set with a powder, the staying power is great!

Here are some more swatches:

My favourites are “Rose Petal” “Candy” and “Jam”!

Lip Liners:

If you have lips that are on the smaller/less defined side (like mine), I definitely recommend using a lip liner first-this makes SUCH a huge difference! It defines and perfects your lips, and helps the lipstick stay longer, and makes your lips look fuller as well as looking more clean and precise.

From left to right:

  • Cherry
  • Café
  • Rum Raisin
  • Ginger
  • Pink Mauve

I’m super impressed with the lip liners. They twist up, but also come with a sharpener on the bottom end to sharpen the tip (am I the only one who ever gets frustrated with twist-up tips never being pointy enough?) which I thought was a really smart addition. The texture is firm, allowing you to get a really nice line, but soft enough that they are blendable and and really easy to work with. A good lipliner is crucial to a successful lip, and I am definitely loving these lip liners!

Last, but definitely not least: The Arbonne Lip Polishes! These are probably my favourite: silky, smooth glosses with absolutely no stickiness! While I love the colors of the Mac Lipglasses, I just can’t stand how sticky they are. I am so so impressed with the color payoff and texture of these Lip Polishes!

Here are my favourites:

Overall, I’m very impressed with the Arbonne lip products. The colours and textures are all so gorgeous and easy to work with! If you’re looking for a really good quality product with safe ingredients, definitely give Arbonne a try!

If you’re interested/have any Arbonne questions, definitely contact Amanda!

Glad you liked them. I just wanted to clear up one thing though. Arbonne isn’t a Swiss company. The products used to be formulated in Switzerland, but more recently they’re are now formulated in the US based upon our Swiss heritage.
